From London 2012, which presented the Paralympic Games as those of "super humans", to Paris 2024, which created the first ever single French Team (able-bodied/disabled), disabled sport is now emerging as a demonstration of openness and progress.
And what if sports documentaries, which showcase life stories and modern-day heroes who anticipate problems, adapt to all situations and are resilient monsters, helped to change the way people look at disability?
Handisport concentrates the virtues of sport and its potential impact in terms of education, socialization, mutual aid, inclusion, role models, inspiration, project management... with a multiplied effect. Handisport is the best demonstration of the virtues of teamwork in project management. All profiles are necessary for the success of a project (even a personal one): managers, coaches, strengths, expertise and complementary skills....
