The town of Deauville will host the first « Sport Doc Festival » from April 3 to 5, 2024.This festival will be designed to enliven and showcase a fast-developing audiovisual genre that is particularly stimulating for the sports ecosystem.

Sports documentaries offer a unique perspective on sport, with a different way of telling the story than live or press coverage. It offers an insight into the complex world of top-level sport, and into human stories of personal and collective commitment, mirroring our society.
